getting bothered with RLS again

Hi there
I havent been around for quite a while, been in a bad depression , had forgetten how bad they get, but back up again thank goodness.

But ...the old enemy RLS has returned for no reason ...been up doing the after midnight walk yet again ......its a pain as its been away for so long.....its even bothering me during the day.

I go for acupuncture on the 22nd so heres hoping this will help.

hope everyone is keeping well

oh and I had 21hrs sleep in two days ....a record!!!!!

Please let us know how the acupuncture works. I've got an appointment next week for acupuncture to help me quit smoking.

Hey Moonlight. I've been wondering how you're doing. I'm glad you posted. Sorry to hear that the RLS beast has come back for a visit. Hopefully it won't stay long.
