In the past year, I believe I have had gout twice (never before.) I have a moderate case of RLS, but am not on medication.
The first time, the gout appeared as big toe swelling, the second in the upper part of my foot (left.)
Just wondered if anyone else had any similar experiences, and if in fact maybe this is not gout, but something to do with the RLS.
