Saw consultant today

Hi there....been hiding for a while...well screaming really ..but just got to get on with life.
Thought I'd let you know how things are going since last time when I said the pain was becoming unbearble.

Was at the consultant at the pain clinic today he suggested lyrica and gabapentin and tens machine......so me being me opted for the tens machine , still have the accupuncture and still keeping the codeine ...so will see how it goes.

I recently switched from Gabapentin 3000mgs to Lyrica 150 mgs three times a day,Norco, and a benzo.! I'm finallly sleeping great and RLS is under control. Don't be afraid of the RLS meds. Believe me they are or will be your friend, especially if your disorder progresses like mine. I don't know why you were given a TENS unit. Do you have another diagnosis like back pain, sciatica? Hope you get some relief soon!
