How do Sudafed and other noradrenergic meds affect RLS? Do I need to avoid them?

Sudafed isn't usually a problem.

Just make sure it's not in combination with an antihistamine....those are often problematic.

Yes, I'll definitely avoid the combination with antihistamines - though I've been able to take Zyrtec without a problem so far.
