ANyone see the studies on lack of sleep and Alzhiemers?
This really worries me as my mom has it.

Finally able to sleep on average 9 hours a night!

I haven't seen any studies but think it concerns everyone, and is lack of sleep is a factor....oh dear. My mum had it also.

I do not believe they are related. I can't say that with 100 percent assurance, but when I've read about it in the past, I have not seen lack of sleep as a potential cause/trigger. I've seen dietary links, genes that are involved, and some other things.
