Yup, mine keeps creeping. e.g when I got on hydromorph, 9 or 12 was good enough, depending on the day. Then it was always 12. Then I had to get my dose upped because sometimes 12 was not enough, so it was 12-15. Then always 15. Now I'm sometimes 18. I think this reflects the progression of the diease. I would be utterly terrified stone cold speechless, because this has happened in the space of about 1.5 years, except for the fact that the progression is slowing down. It took longer for me to go from 15 to 15/18 than it did for me to go from 12 to 12/15. Oh that silver lining ....
