Lunesta works well for me and it is not addictive and no tolerance. It's mild and no grogginess the next day.

jy13131 , which post were you responding to? The last post before you was about a muscle-tearing charlie horse. I don't think Lunesta would help with that

oh! It was the part about the ambien not working cause of cake eating and such! Lunesta might be a good one to try. I have NO experience with a Charlie horse!jy13131
