Polyphasic sleep

Post by Chipmunk »

Here is a good primer on it: http://www.myzeo.com/sleep/knowledge-center/stories/sleeping-round-the-clock. Basically instead of sleeping all in one stretch (monophasic sleep), you take several "naps" over the course of a 24-hour day.

I don't think I could do it as I am a horrible napper - even at my most sleep-deprived I would just lie there, awake. I'm not sure if this is related to the WED but I've been like that my whole life.

What do you think? Could you do it?
