Wow, very good ! Isn't it amazing to be so ecstatic over one good night. It always feels so good. Then I pray for a second night.

Wow, I have been away from this site for a month. My RLS is like tossing dice, you never know if you are going to crap out or get lucky. Let's see, it is past midnight and I tried going to bed at 8 pm - no luck tonight.

I'm glad you had a month of relatively little grief, and I hope tonight's grief goes away and doesn't return!

Half the time I don't know what day it is but then being retired it doesn't really matter :lol: I did sleep 5 1/2 hours last night which is a good thing. I am so glad I retired as it really lowers the stress level knowing I don't have to show up for work with zero or very little sleep.
