Hi again,
I wondered if there was a book out there that would explain the biochemical reactions in our brain (like, the cycles resulting in dopamine, GABA and melatonin production). Is there anything that one could simply order on amazon? It pains me that I have no reference to look up the things I'm trying to figure out...
Preferred is a heavy book with a lot of information
