Thanks for the link to the sleep deprived brain graphic. Scientists are making a link between chronic sleep deprivation and dementia. I want to be able to sleep so I don't contribute to my own dementia in the future.

Seems like a good reason to sleep during the daytime, or whenever our bodies will let us, rather than go without.
