I downloaded the App and did the first session today. What evidence do you have at present that this works?

Aipulu, I served as a tester for VitalTones and used the app for a month. The app did not do anything for my RLS, but one of the two sessions did prove helpful in allowing me to get to sleep. Unfortunately, I also woke up when the app finished that session.
