Re: Inspire?
It is borderline whether I even need CPAP. I only continue to use it because my wife says it stops me from snoring. So I am not about to go any further into the realm of surgery or implants.

Re: Inspire?
The Inspire device has been discussed on some of the sleep/sleep apnea forums. Maybe it has has potential, too soon for me to be convinced. I'd want to give them time to work the bugs out and see some longer term evaluation of users. I am one who will avoid surgery any time I can, so I'll probably choose to use CPAP for the rest of my life. I put lots of time and effort into getting my therapy optimized, and although I'd prefer to not need it, using the machine is so routine it's no longer a big deal. I do hope more viable options continue to become available for those who can't use CPAP for whatever reasons or simply don't want to. Good luck with assessing your options.
