Hello,
I posted many years ago about my struggles with delayed sleep phase, and got many responses that I wasn't alone. I wish that I could form a concise question, but there are so many variables. I guess I'm wondering if there has been any definitive answer on the question of delayed sleep phase and RLS. Thanks.

Re: Delayed Sleep Phase: RLS, Opioides, prior DAs
Hi tea4one - I haven't seen anything about it. I have no idea if I actually have delayed sleep phase or if something about WED/RLS makes it seem this way. Whichever it is, that has been my life for as long as I can remember. From reading under the covers in grade school to a bedtime of 5 AM in college, I have never been able to have a normal sleep life of any kind.
I doubt anything I said is particularly helpful...but as you noted, at least we know we're not alone.
