Mine is worst at night, mostly in my left leg, somtimes both. The doctor mentioned the RLSyndrome to me, but I thought it was a joke.
To relieve my pain, I wrap my leg with an ACE Bandage wrap. Not to tight, just enough and the relief is almost instance and I can sleep. Or Icy Hot, for temporary relief. Sometimes, massaging the calve helps, but is tiring.
