I just read an article on the fibromyalgia network website that mst common treatments for fibromyalgia can make RLS worse In 70% of RLS patients. The site is

I have FMS, I subscribe to that newsletter, and I can tell you that the SSRI's, commonly prescribed for FMS, definitely do make RLS worse. If you need an anti-depressant for your FMS, I'd suggest Wellbutrin. It has worked quite well for me without exacerbating my RLS.
