[If I made an error about their handles (I had to guess some time), please let me know.]
[b]As you notice the ladies/men ratio now is 4.6 : 1
This whole week is still honor list days.
I do not expect many applications on Labor Day weekends. Still they are trickling in.
Please make sure you change the file name from questionnare before sending it back because my program desperately want to merge these with the original, or with each other.
Corrie wrote a fantastic format for a questionnaire. If she could only turn this questionnaire into such. I will give this some thought. BUT you gals and guys do not have to fill out everything again I hope.

On this very same forum, there is a single, neglected thread entitled LIFE WITH RLS, the subtitle is: Diagnosis and Maintenance of RLS as experienced by the patients..
This is an incomplete draft of my talk yet without the results. Come on mates! I will need fifty completed forms before I can start evaluating them quantitatively. Only 23 more!!!
I wrote and posted that thing last night. I started after midnight and it was still dark when I finished it. I cannot believe nobody looked at it yet
(except five lurkers). I need your critique!!!
BUT MOSTLY I NEED 23, corrected, 16 MORE COMPLETED QU's.
Nadia could send me one, khm...khm.

Ok I want to be on the honors list too, but I dont know how to send the questionary back after I have filled it out. Yup I know Im a newbie online and am getting frustrated cause I cant figure it out the page comes up to fill out but after that there is nothing to click on to send it !!! cant figure it out. HELP!!!!!!!! Lyndarae

Help is an the way! Look in your e-mail box! I will be sending you an e-mail which is really the questionnaire. Once you receive it, please click on the REPLY button.
Now you can type in it. You could change the lettering bold, or underline it by selecting the word to be underlined and click on the appropriate icon.
After you complete it, just click on the send button.
If you already have it completed in a file, bring it up, select the whole thing by making it blue, then (right button on the mouse, click on copy, go to a fresh e-mail addressed to me, and paste it onto that e-mail. It will also come to me after you click the send button.
However, it may take less time, if you print the questionnaire and do it by pen. Then you have to mail it to me. MY address:

Maybe I can help you, Lyndarae. I'll send you an email, numbered 1 thru whatever. All you have to do is hit "reply", then type in your answers and send it to me. Would that work better for you?
