Thanks Becat, I used your link and it took me to the main RLS Rebel page, but when I clicked onto the link on this page for RLS Rebel Website, the link with the little 'cap' beside it, all I get is 'page has expired'. No luck at all !
Is there anything else I can try? Ta, Betty

It appears there is a broken link on her page. Jill probably needs to fix.

gunzel@cox.net

This is her email - I grabbed it from the clogging info. I don't have time right now, but maybe someone could email her and let her know.

Josh, I'll add it and the link to the RLShelps info on the same into a post within the pharma sticky. If possible, let's keep it all in the same pharma thread - we can then just refer everyone to that - otherwise we'll get twenty stickies
