My body is just plain wore to the bone from all the added exercise--walking or whatever else i do to get rest. I also find that my energy requirements are alot higher than those around me, so in order to not have worsening muscle problems etc. I must allow for a higher food intake--substantially. Is this your reality?? Anyone?

Re: RLS/WED and food intake?
It might if I weren't medicated correctly, but I doubt it. For me, it's likely I'd be eating more because of the heightened anxiety inherent in the sensation, because I was upset because I wouldn't stop, or because I was trying yet a different way of distracting myself.
