Welcome to Lsnow
Thursday, January 4
Welcome to
Lsnow, whose RLS has been the worst thing Lsnow has ever experienced! Lsnow can't sit down until without taking meds, no matter how tired. And now is having a problem with jerky legs that the requip is not touching.
Please take a look at out augmentation forum since that could be why your requip isn't working. And please post a note telling us about the dose that you are taking and asking any questions so that we can offer some specific suggestions.

Welcome to ososgrl
Thursday, January 4
Welcome to
ososgrl, who has had RLS for most of her life, but didn't understand what it was. It started as intermittent episodes as an adolescent. She has been on Requip for about 15 years and knows she needs to pursue things more. She will also (once again) try to find a neurologist who has dealt with patients with RLS.
Please post a note with any questions that you have and where you are located so that we can try to help you locate an RLS specialist near to you.

Welcome to wzos
Thursday, January 4
Welcome to
wzos, who was diagnosed with RLS about seventeen years ago and started on Ropinerole. In the following years wzos experienced severe augmentation that ended in mid 2016 with a very long and painful withdrawal from the DA. Since then wzos has used opiods and alpha-2-delta ligands to control the RLS symptoms with moderate success. Given the impending governmental "war" on opiods, the more information the better.
Please feel free to post a note telling us about your current treatment and asking any questions that you have.

Welcome to sammcclaren
Saturday, January 13
Welcome to
sammcclaren, who has had RLS for about 15 years, gradually worsening as time has passed. It hits at the same time twice daily, if he doesn't medicate at the right time, the right doses and combination of drugs, and before eating. Usually, it's manageable. Usually.
That sounds fairly typical. Please post a not telling us about your combination of drugs and doses. Maybe we can suggest some improvements. And feel free to ask any questions that you have.
