Friday, March 1
Welcome to
Tom, whose wife has RLS because of anti-psychotics.
Please post a note telling us about her meds and if she is currently being treated for RLS. And feel free to ask any questions that you have. There is hope, but it may take a little bit of educating her doctors to make progress.

Welcome to Twinklb
Saturday, March 2
Welcome to

You have come to the right place to stay informed, and congrats on managing it with gabapentin. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. And you might want to check out the VERY long thread on Research in the General Topics forum to find out what has been going on recently.

Welcome to utzlee
Tuesday, March 5
Welcome to
utzlee, who is going on 12 years of RLS. This condition has often robbed utzlee of the simple pleasure of relaxation. Fortunately, the symptoms are not always present but the disease does appear to be progressing.
Unfortunately you are correct that RLS often is a progressive condition that worsens with age. Please post a note telling us what you are currently doing to manage the symptoms and asking any questions that you have.

Welcome to Gdzgo4
Tuesday, March 5
Welcome to
Gdzgo4, whose RLS, which is moderate to severe, can be embarrassing when in public her legs start hopping. Even standing, sometimes one leg will paw the ground like a horse. When she cannot sit or lie down, whether for an afternoon nap or at 3 AM and she is exhausted, sometimes she has become suicidal. Certainly it causes great anxiety and distress.
Sounds very familiar! Please post a note telling us about what you are doing to manage your RLS so that we can offer you some suggestions to discuss with your doctor for improving your situation.
