I haven't had any trouble with my teeth. I place it under my tongue.

I'm just glad you finding relief and able to get some rest/sleep because sleep deprivation is an awful thing...restless leg syndrome is a really bad disease that hasn't and still don't get the medical research needed for all of us to try and live RLS free...so we all seem to find different ways to cope with the symptoms. Although, seems like most of Our medical professionals fail to recognize RLS as a really bad disease (sometimes almost like some sort of torture, especially at the heights of augmentation) our medical doctors fail to recognize or validate with importancy just because they can't see it or measure it. Hopefully, through websites such as this we can help correct or at least alleviate these areas of concern....
