THC/CBD oil worked for me

I had my doctor prescribe CBD oil with a small amount of THC. I found the CBD alone was not efficacious for RLS. I have been taking this nightly for 6 months and have not had RLS since taking it. My RLS had become chronic, to the point where I felt I could no longer handle it. It had spread to my arms as well. You will need to find a doctor that can prescribe THC, they will work with you until they get the dosage right for you. Start small and gradually increase the amount of THC until you find the "sweet" spot.

Looks like this is an old thread, but I will comment that there are state licensed cannabis stores in my area, and I have found 20:1 CBD gummies there that are helpful. 20 mg CBD: 1 mg THC. Provides about 3 hours of relief, helpful in addition to gabapentin (reducing amount needed)

CBD helps me sleep like a normal person. Can't imagine not taking it now.
For reference,
this page mentions that an 80% improvement in the quality of sleep was reported using medical cannabis oil by patients with RLS.

So glad you’re finding relief, RLS that extends into the arms is no joke. I’ve seen a few others say they didn’t notice much until a small amount of THC was added too.
If anyone’s looking for a place to start, Joy Organics has some good blended options. I like that they’re third-party tested and transparent about ingredients, which helped ease my nerves when starting out.
