Nidra: Questions for experienced users

I have very recently started using the Nidra device and I have a few questions that I'm hoping more experienced users might be able to share their experiences on. I'm also curious to see which ways of doing things work better for others.

1. Can you turn on the device while it is charging? Ideally I'd rather keep the device on at night but also have it charging so I can use it as many times as necessary, but I can't seem to get it to do the treatment while plugged in (which I assume is intentional for some reason). I can live with a cord attached to my legs if it means I can sleep with less meds.

2. Do you typically do a full treatment then try to sleep OR start a treatment and begin trying to sleep while the treatment goes?

3. If you require additional treatments later in the night do you sleep with the device on and just turn it on, or do you get up and put the entire device on & off each time you need it?

4. How long does a single treatment typically last for in terms of cutting back your RLS severity?
