Welcome to Langrehr

Welcome to

Langrehr, who has struggled with RLS for years. Some nights are quite a challenge and deeply discouraging at times. It affects her relationship with her husband. She is grateful to be retired from the health field because she can rest when it’s necessary. She wants to meet others who understands that she is not crazy sometimes. Otherwise, life is wonderful.

We are glad to see that you are still enjoying life. If you have any questions, feel free to post them. Otherwise, feel free to join in any of our ongoing discussions so that you can meet others with RLS.

Welcome to

Debbie329, whose RLS keeps her from enjoying things she likes to do on vacation. It is not affecting her work but she is so tired from not sleeping and her legs feel like she exercised them all night.

Have you discussed your RLS with your doctor and are you being treated? Do you know what your serum ferritin number is and is it over 75? There are ways to improve the management of your RLS. Either read the document that the link in my signature points to or post a message with any questions that you have.

Welcome to

Chris9p, who has RLS find it hard to fall asleep at night. Chris has tried everything and nothing is helping.

There is always something else to try, even when your doctor tells you otherwise. Read the document that the link in my signature points to. It should give you an idea of a few things that you probably haven't tried. The one that most doctors balk at is the opioids, but these are also the most reliable treatment for RLS. And feel free to post a message if you have any questions or comments.
