Speaking of Google Alerts, they sent me this one today. It's the best article for someone who's never heard about RLS to learn. Facts are straight, good personal testimonies, etc.
(I just love all the Google stuff, I would drink Google cola, aka "G-ola" if it came out. Caffeine free of course! For instance, I just misspelled "caffeine" but my trusty google toolbar did a spell check and it's all better now.)
Probably the best website I've ever been to on health is an alternative website with a Chemist by the name of Ted who contributes frequently, the site is earthclinic.com and you will read about cures/remedies I guarantee you've never heard of before.....that work. I now regularly take apple cidar vinegar, black strap molasses, hydrogen peroxide, etc.
I apologize if I am repeating something. I just did a quick scrolll and didn't see the one I have in mind. www.rlsrebel@yahoo.com or org I can't remember which one.
Great site for those who try to avoid meds.
Jill Gunzell is a terrific lady I had the pleasure of meeting some yrs. back. What a doll she is!

Dr Picchietti is the author of the Uptodate doc on WED. He's a current or past board member of the Foundation - I would trust anything he writes.
