Qigong

Postby peanut1 » Tue Dec 16, 2014 5:22 am

This really helps with stress and anxiety and can also help with sleep. I just started and when I do the qigong movements it calms me right down. The WED was acting up the other day and this helped quite a bit. It's no cure, but I know it can help manage the anxiety which in turn helps manage the WED.
